The Milwaukee Mustangs were a team in the Arena Football League. They began play in 1994 after the NFL's Green Bay Packers announced that they would stop playing their games in Milwaukee. The team folded in 2001 due to a lack of avalibility at the Bradley Center, the home of the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks. Former player Bret Bielema is now the head football coach at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
